Job Description
- On average shift is 10 to 12 hours, Monday to Friday
- Our most successful drivers start early morning and return mid to late afternoon
- Service area is a 250-mile radius around Grand Rapids
- You will deliver this load to Chicago suburbs, northern Indiana, or eastern Michigan and pick up a backhaul to western Michigan
- 90% to 95% of the time your outbound load will pick up at the same place
- Freight is 70% drop and hook
Pay and Incentives
Average pay is $89,000.
Additional earnings from revenue and safety incentives.
For safe driving and low idle.
We know that many circumstances beyond your control can affect your week, but we never allow your weekly pay to go below it.
Minimum guaranteed for your first 2 weeks as you learn your routes (provided availability Monday to Friday).
CDL Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 21 and possess a valid CDL A license
- 1 year of experience
- Positive attitude
