A: Believe it or not, they get excited that I haul Nestle bottled water (Ice Mountain) to Costco stores, Sam’s Clubs, and other stores.

A: You are a person, not just a number or an employee. They do a good job of keeping equipment up. (If maintenance knows about it.) They are very family-oriented. If you need time off, they will try to work with you, as long as you don’t abuse it.

A: I believe they want to do more short haul, and the money is good for what you do, but I don’t believe in “putting all your eggs in one basket.”

A: If you hire on, stick with it. Your pay goes up, and once you get to know what they expect and they get to know how you run, things get better.
